I have never endorsed anybody before but I feel the need to endorse Kim.
I’ve used Kim over the past 6 years to manage and find us tenants in all our rentals. She is worth her weight in gold. Her professionalism is brilliant. Since using Kim we have has a hassle-free period with our tenants. She treats our properties as though they were her own, only wanting the best for us.
